I got into photography by mistake. My girlfriend always told me she would like to learn photography so for Christmas 2008, I got her a nice and shiny Canon Rebel XSI (or 450D). It turned out that she never really got the patience to learn and I was using it more than her. One year later, we decided to leave for a trip around the world (read our blog: www.meandfrenchie.com) and I started to get more into photography and was obsessed about getting great travel pictures. It got me to sell her DSLR to upgrade to a newer Canon Rebel T2i (or 550D) only to have video capabilities. This camera was mine, I treasured it and spent countless hours reading the manual and various photography blogs to get the most out of it. This was going to be my main hobby while traveling.
Since then, I never stopped learning and experiencing with photography. On top of being a great personal hobby, photography allows me to meet amazing professionals and hobbyist who share their passion with me. I hope you enjoy my photos.
